Mocha Cherry Dairy Cola

– 1/2 cup Real California lactose-free milk – 2 teaspoons powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder – 2 (12-ounce) cans cherry cola soda – Chocolate syrup, for drizzling – Cocoa powder, for dusting :Dirty Soda, Lactose Free, Chocolate

In a small bowl or canning jar, whisk lactose-free milk, powdered sugar and espresso powder together using a whisk or handheld frother until foamy, about 1 minute.

Pour soda into 2 large glasses filled halfway with ice. Top evenly with milk mixture. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and dust with cocoa powder. Serve and enjoy.

Yield: 2 servings

Tip: Vanilla cola or regular cola can be substituted for cherry cola.
