BLT Turkey Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

– 1 oz Real California cream cheese, at room temperature – 3 tablespoons Real California plain Greek yogurt – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 large leaf iceberg lettuce – 1 slice cooked thick-cut bacon – 2 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch strips – 1 oz Real California pepper jack cheese, sliced thin – 1/4 California avocado, sliced – 2-3 slices deli-style turkey :Pepper Jack, Low Carb, Protein

Directions:

Prep time: 5 minutes

Combine the cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Use a hand mixer or small whisk to whip the two together, creating a small smooth spread. Stir in the salt.

Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over half of the inside of the lettuce leaf. Layer on the bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, pepper jack slices, avocado, and turkey. Tightly roll the lettuce around the fillings, slice in half, and serve!
